PhoneFlash - How to Change Your Tuner

To change your tuner you should first make sure that you have contacted the new tuner so that they can organise their workflow accordingly. At this point you will be discussing modification goals and pricing with your new tuner. Once it has been organised simply go to the settings page and select Tuner. There is a how to video on how to create and change a tuner below.

Your contact information and Vehicle info (VIN and CAL ID) will not be sent to any tuner unless you press send vehicle info to tuner, You Must send this information for a tuner to be able to upload to the EcuTek cloud

Press Settings

Select the ROM to program

You can then search and select your new tuners company details, once selected you should then go to the main menu and select Program ECU

Scroll the list

or search the tuners business

Press My Car

When in the main menu select “Program ECU” then “Send Vehicle Info to Tuner”

Select Program ECU

Send Vehicle Info to Tuner

In the “Send Vehicle info” page fill in the details and press “Send To Tuner”.

Enter Details and press send

If your Cal ID is not currently supported there will be more vehicle detail options to fill in and an option to read the engine calibration out of the vehicle so it can be sent to EcuTek and support added.
